We are facing an issue with one mailfile. We have a user who accesses mail file from web and has created some rules on his mailfile. But all his rules are not appearing neither when user sees mailfile in web/Notes client. The rules created by user are working but are not visible .
Can anyone pls. help to rectify this issue.
Subject: Mail Rules Not Visible
The behaviour your described is typical when a user has mail rules and removes one or more using the delete on the rule view via the selection margin and does not use the delete-button on the action bar of the view.
The solution is to make the rules again and ONLY use the appropriate buttons to activate them.
