Mail rules not run on local mail database

Clients using Notes Standard 8.5.1FP1, have some problem with mail rules. Users have local mail database replica. If those users use local mail database to create a mail rule, this rule do not run as it suppose to. Both this local mail database and server database are replicating every 5 minutes. Checking in the server mail database and found the same rule is also there because of replication but still not running.But creating the rules directly to the server mail database, it work. Also work in the local database. All of those users have local mail database replica only and how to solve this problem with local mail replica, can anyone help?

This problem is not in the Notes Basic 8.5.1FP1.

Rules are designed to only work on the server. They are run my the server’s mail router. Therefore, a rule will never run locally. However, you can create a rule a replicate it to the mail server to be run. Also, the results of a mail rules activity (i.e., moving a document to a folder) will be replicated back down to the local replica.

If you are seeing a local replica that is out of synch with your server replica you may want to delete the local replica and recreate it from the server.
