Mail rules being blocked by server

Hi,

I have a user which has a mail rule which is forwarding their notes mail to web based yahoo mail. However, the server is blocking this for policy reasons? We have a closed relay so no spamers can use our server, but shouldn’t this users mail rule work?

23/04/2004 09:25:48 AM Router: Message 0080B415 delivered to

23/04/2004 09:25:49 AM Router: Message 0080B4A8 not routed to recipient for policy reasons

23/04/2004 09:25:49 AM Router: Policy Reason: Router: is restricted from sending mail through server

Why not add your internal ip range to the allowed to relay messages for, in the smtp outbound controls tab. Thereby allowing internal users to forward their mail. Anyway, why forward the mail in the first place when you can access Notes Mail from a browser?

Thanks i’ll try that…

We aren’t using web mail access because the mail is getting forwarded to a user at a different company & system
