I have a testing Lotus Domino server 6.5. I want to use this server as our mail server for internal as well as internet mail server. Internal mail is working fine.
we have our company’s website hosted by a third party & that party has setup MX record & SMTP, POP3 (mail.mydomain.com) & all. we have created users on that domain in the form of user1@mydomain.com, user2@mydomain.com etc. Currently we are using a VPOP3 server in our company which is sending/receiving emails from this domain & local clients get them in their outlook express.

One foreign domain document named “The Internet” &
One SMTP Connection document in which we have specified our company’s smtp server address (mail.mydomain.com) in SMTP Relay host.
I have also entered e-mail address as user1@mydomain.com in the person’s document in domino directory, but while sending the mail to internet it returns back with “Error 550: no Such User”
if you have any idea where i went wrong or you want all the things to setup from the scrath i am ready for that. I just want to send & receive my mails to and from my domain.
