Mail routed to the wrong address

One of our users sent a mail to a mailin db called ACF2Security. When she sent the mail it was delivered to anothetr mailin db called AJP.

Now when I look at the mail in her sent box it does show as being sent to AJP and when you look at the To: field it shows the abbreviated name for AJP, however if you look at the EnterSendTo field in the document field properties box, or if you try to forward the email then it displays the value ACF2Security in the To: box in thje body of the forwarded mail.

Thanks Ed

Questions is, is this a bug in the lookup up to the NAB or does anybody have any suggestions as to why this has happened.

Subject: Mail routed to the wrong address

The EnterSendTo field is what the user typed in, but it may not have been able to find it during the address lookup (local, then regional, then public) at the time the mail was sent. If it cannot find exactly what was typed, it will use the closest available entry (AJP in your case?) This is a feature of Notes. But I would ask the user if they were connected to your regional/global PABs when they sent the mail. If not, it would have used the closest entry in her personal NAB.
