Mail return receipt messages hard to read on a Blackberry mobile phone

A customer has a Blackberry mobile phone connected to a Lotus Domino mailbox through the POP3 protocol: he read all messages, no problems.

The only problem arises when the customer receives return receipt messages on the Blackberry: the looking of the message is not nice, hard to read…

Anyone else has/had the same problem?

Subject: need more information

The Return Receipt form uses the same font as the mail messages. Can you please be more specific as to what you mean when you say that the “look of the [return receipt] message is not nice”? Is there garbage in any of the fields? Is the font too small? Do the fields not line up properly?
