Good afternoon i have a question. Hope someone that is expert can provide me an answer. Normally the mail quota that i set for my user is 80MB per user. So i have decide to add in more space for them, so i change their mail quota to 100MB per user.
So after i restart my domino server, i found out that most of the users mail quota back to 80MB.
Do you all know, what has cause this to happen ?

Are you in the administrators group? or have the correct access to the Server?
When you make the changes does the LOG.NSF confirm that the changes have been completed? and the other thing to check is that the correct amount of complete DB’s is shown at completion.

Yes. I am the administrator. I also check that ACL for my administrator right. I already set it to manager.
can i know where can i check is the correct amount of complete DB

Well, this could be related with insufficient disk space. Let me explain further.Let say I have mail file with quota size 200MB and the disk space is 5GB.
I can change the quota up to 5GB. But, if I set a size which is greater then 5GB, then it would change back to original quota it has.
So, please check your disk space.
