Hi all ,
There is a mail notification problem .
In my applicstion when requester submits his/her request
it goes to the next level ie; to the approver . A mail
goes to that approver whose name selected
by the requester in the requester form appear in dialog list field . That is fine ,
but now i want some changes in it that when requester
select the approver and submit , at the same time without
selecting anyother name can i send a Copyto mail to
some person . means no filed is there and in agent can i write this kind of code
Dim recipients(1 to 5) as String
recipients(1)=“abc.sss@xyz.com”
recipients(2)=“abc.sss@xyz.com”
recipients(3)=“abc.sss@xyz.com”
maildoc.copyto=recipients
one thing more i just want to clear is that in
address book User Name and Forwarding/Internet
address is different , so which one i use should i
mention the complete internet address or simply
put user name .
and another thing in the readers field currently
i am using
@Name([CN];fieldname)
but here is no field for copyto mails so what
i will use ?
Plz clear my doubts and provide solution
