Hi All,
I am having a strange problem when a user ABC (Only with attachment)send mail to internet it comes and stores in MAIL.BOX of server and blocks all the mails(SMTP) getting delivered to relay host.
If i cut mail from MAIL.box for user ABC rest of blocked mails immediately gets delivered to relay host if I paste the mail back for user ABC again problem repeates

maybe your mail.box is corrupt. try creating a new one.
first, make sure all your mail is routed.
then, shut down the notes server and delete the mail.box file.
restart the server and mail.box will be rebuilt automatically.

Now working fine
Problem with user location it was set to mime I changed it to “notes rich text”
