I am facing a strange problem. I have a workflow application. The application works fine.
But the problem is when the person raise a request to particular approver the email is not sent to the approver.
The user has the approver’s contact details in the personal address book and it also appears in the recent contacts.
It is occuring only for this requester when he sends the request to the approver.
Could anyone please advise me ?

Subject: Duplicate address?
Perhaps Notes is detecting duplicate addresses. Ask the user to try addressing a message manually to the approver to see whether he gets a duplicate-address warning.
Subject: Same Issue
We had the same issue with an application that sends e-mail notifications via Script. If the user had the .SendTo recipient in their recent contacts along with the NAB the .Send was failing. There are some workarounds posted in the 8.5 forum. Hopefully this will be fixed in a later issue and or admins can disable the recent contacts with a policy. Why the script looks at recent contacts and the NAB I have no idea.

Thanks …I searched but I didn;t find other than disabling the option"Do not automatically add names to the recent contacts view".
Is there any other way we can fix this issue.
