hi All, I am facing a problem with notes client. We are running on lotus notes 6.5.3, the setup is all notes programs in program files, but data directory and notes.ini is in L drive. We are installing the notes client using wise install(.exe) which calls a msi and mst.
Now the problem is though the default mail client is set to lotus notes, and all the registry setting is proper, when a href link or a document is sent to notes client a mail receipient or attachment, a error pops up saying “MAILMAN ERROR” and “DRFAULT MAIL CLIENT IS NOT SET PROPERLY”. This error only comes when notes is not launched. But when notes is opens and the same href link and a document is sent to mail recipient, there is no error and the documents/href opens new memo is notes.
Can anyone help me out to solve this problem.
