Sometimes appears one problem with mail messages in the inbox folder.User works with messages. The preview panel is opened. Mail messages are sorted by date, the newest on top. User points messages, reads them in the preview panel and closes them.
Sometimes many messages disappear from the folder. User sees new messages with current date in the folder, and after them messages that he received six month ago.
If user presses ‘F9’ - messages appear. This bug appears regularly, several times a week. Upgrading Notes Client from 6.5.4 to 7.0.1 did not help. Server - 6.5.4 FP3.
Does anybody know how it could be fixed?
