i’ve searched in the knowledge and in the forum but found nothing similar.
In INotes mail template and standard template, I think there is a bug for the options “To open” and “To modify”.
If I click on the button “To open” and that I make modifications in the document. If i save my document in the native application(Ex : Word) , the modifications are not taken into account in the email. It’s OK.
If I click the button “Modify” and that I make modifications in the document in the native application. They are taken into account as it should be. It’S OK.
On the other hand, after having used the button “To modify”, if I use the button “To open” again without closing the email and that I make modifications in the native application , there, the modifications are saved???.
Is this a bug?
