Mail-IN database

Hi, we have a mail-in database used by certain department and there were emails that lost its format after opening the document. I found a documentation for user mail here:

But, when we check the mail-in person document we did not found the format setting. How do we preserve text styles from incoming internet mails?

Look at the ‘Internet message storage’ setting on the mail-in db doc and make sure it’s set to ‘Prefers Notes Rich Text’

We did what you suggested Bob and we are currently testing the mail-in databases.
