Is there anywhere I can go to download or access a copy of a template for a mail-in-database? I need to to replace the design of an old mail-in-database about version 4 with a version 6 template. Thank you.

Any database can be a mail-in database. If your database is based on the normal email template, then just replace the design with the Mail(R6) template - Mail6.ntf - it should be included with your Domino sever.

If you use a template other than mail - we use doc library for some of ours - you might find it useful to have an agent that changes the form from MEMO to the default form of the template you are using. Set the agent to run when new mail arrives and you won’t have the irritating "cannot locate form: MEMO"hope that helps

Or you could just add “Memo” as an alias to the form you actually want to be used.

AFAIK, there is no “mail-in” template. A mail-in database can literally take any shape or form. It is simply a database that is pointed to by a mail-in database entry in the address book.
Your current mail-in database may have been based on a standard database template (i.e. mail template). Based on the look and functionality, you may be able to tell if it was created from a default Notes database template.
