I’m trying to create a mail-in database. We have several mail-in databases that work perfectly fine. Receive mail with no problems.
Here’s the situation. I’ve created a mail-in database document. I’ve created a database that for that document. I can receive mail by anybody that’s inside the /OU but anybody who has a different /OU (coming from a different server) can’t get through.
The errors I’m getting are from the server log:
TIME mail\administ; File does not exist
And when I look in the routing mailboxes to see why it’s failed it comes back with:
User MPM Suggestions (MPM Suggestions@mnp.ca) not listed in Domino Directory
I do not want outside email to be able to deliver to it, so it shouldn’t have an outside email address. We have other mail-in databases that work just the same.
Can anybody give me some directions of where to go?
