Hi,We have mail in database suppose called XYZ and having access on this database around 8-10 user’s for replying mail to customer,one of the user complaining that mails generating automatically from this database and recipient end it will show from ABC user sent by XYZ database,this ABC user having editor access on this database,
checked logs and it says mail has been sent by XYZ database,
checked all user’s(those having access on XYZ dbase) on XYZ database mail file owner,
important thing is all the user having only editor access on XYZ dbase,they cant change mail file owner untill they have manager access,

I mean to say, some of user’s getting mails from my email account id and it says at recipient end “from my email account send by some other account on which i have access”,but i did not sent any mail from my account,Thanks

The mail was created in your mail database by the person listed in the Sent By annotation. If you have given access to other people in your mail db, they can create and send mail from the database, but Notes always includes the actual sender to prevent spoofing.
