Mail format

HiOur users are facing problem while receiving mails from rediff site.The mail is coming in the *.eml format.Rest of the internet mails are properly received.Please let me know if there is any solution for the same.

*.eml format is for outlook. Domino does not use that format. Usually an EML file is just stationery some outlook user made.

To me, this is not a problem, but more a side-effect from not having compatible mail systems. All domino is doing is just giving the user there eml file because it saw the file in the SMTP message. EML has no standard to SMTP mail.

This would be the same as if I give an email with format the user computer’s can not support because there is no common application installed.
