I have one user who gets the message “Server Error: Entry not found in index” and “Cannot execute specified command” when he opens his mailbox when there is no new mail. I have refreshed the design and also replaced the design with the 8.5 template and also have gone back to the 8.1 template with the same results.
I have searched the forums with no luck.
