Mail File upgrade Message

Hi All,When i try to open my mail database a message pops up saying upgrade mail file with a button Upgrade and Cancel. I have not done anything on my server. It is not smart upgrade message for your information. I have done some change in my local INI file. What could be it i could not able to figure out. . I guess it is something to do with the lines DefaultMailTemplate= , MailSetup= etc… by the way i am on 6.5.3 client and domino server 6.5.1

Subject: Policy settings

That message is being displayed as a result of Desktop policy settings. Check the settings to see why you’re getting prompted. You should at least be able to see don’t prompt again, but it would be better to check the policy and correct the setting.
