Mail file returning 'Multi-Segment ID table length from server is not the length expected'

Hi

A third party app that uses the API call ‘NSFFolderGetIDTable’ is returning ‘Multi-Segment ID table length from server is not the length expected’ against a couple of mail files in our environment

Mail server is 6.5.6 FP2 and the API is being used on a notes 702 client so any IBM technotes / fixes I can find for ID Table related issues seem to be resolved before these releases

Anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve what appears to be some form of corruption in the ID Table of these mail files so that the API call returns success and not an error?

Subject: Have you tried to run maintenance on the mail files?

Also, try testing the same scenario using latest 7.x code on server, client, and mail template. You may want to contact the 3rd party vendor to see if the setup you have is supported
