Mail File Recipient Icons column not showing

In the mail file, Inbox view, there is a new column called recipients icon.One of the mail files will not show that column.

The column is also not listed if you go to Customize this view…

Any ideas how to make this column show up?

Some things to check:

  1. Have they selected at least one of the Attention Indicator options in Mail Preferences

  2. Have them create a local replica of their mail. Do the icons appear in local file?

  3. What Domino release is their Mail server running?

Thanks, yes, selecting at least one of the attention indicator options in Mail Preferences fixed the problem.

  • Are they selected by default on a mail file upgrade?

I wonder how they got unselected if they were.

More importantly, I wonder if we have to go and select them with every mail upgrade?

Ok, I thought at first I was going crazy, but this one user is definatly losing the recipient icons. The option, Attention Indicator options in Mail Preferences, keeps getting unselected and the column disappears. The user does not unselect them, they just mysteriously disappear.
