When sending an e-mails to two different mail recipients in a same outside domain, one e-mail goes through & the other one fails with the Delivery Failure “550 5.7.1 Command rejected”. I am getting no answers searching this matter.I would really appreciate anyone’s assistants

Are there differences in the format of the 2 addresses. I know that addresses with a xxxxx.xxxxx.@xxxx.com (dot just to the left of the @) will fail for policy reasons on many email systems.

If you have these 2 users in your personal address book, make sure their entries are set to INTERNET not NOTES.If you have these 2 email addresses in your PUBLIC address book, make sure their entries are OTHER or OTHER INTERNET MAIL.
My guess is that you have them in your personal address book, one is set to type INTERNET and the other is set to type “NOTES” and the other SMTP server is rejecting your Domino SMTP server sending in “notes” SMTP format rather than pure SMTP.
