Why does my mailbox prompts a warning threshold even not in threshold size… I’ve got a quota size of 300MB and my threshold size of 290MB… How come warning threshold prompts me even if I have only of 199MB size of usage???

Did you recently delete a lot of emails to get back under the quota?
Have you tried going to File, Database, Properties?
There is a Compact button on the second tab for me, the i tab. Select that and when the mail server refreshes overnight you should find that the next day you don’t receive that message.

yup, but I just compacted my mail database but everytime I reached 200MB that message prompts and its freaking me out… My warning threshold is 290MB, but it prompts everytime I reach 200MB…
