Hi All,
When i am sending an email to an external domain (Foreign Domain0 – Settlement@XYZgroup.com , it bounces back…I get this error :
Router: Failed to connect to SMTP host XYZgroup.COM because : The remote server is not a known TCP/IP host.
I tried doing telnet to XYZgroup.com IP Address on port 25 , and it is up and running.
I also tried doing telnet to my server on port 25 and it is running fine.
I also tried sening an email frm outside hotmail.com to my Address here and I got the email.
What could be the problem…What do I need to check any connection/ Config/Domain/Documents for this Foreign Domain.
Please if someone could throw some light.
