Dear all,
Is there a way enabling certain users to let them auto-forward messages while the others not?
I notice in server Configuration document - Router/SMTP - Restrictions & Control - Delivery Controls ; there is “User rules mail forwarding” option. But when this option is “Disabled” ; all users cannot user auto-forward rule in their mailbox.
I need to enabling only a set of users able to use auto-forward rule while this option is “disabled”.
Any hint or suggestion?
Thank you very much.
Subject: modify rules
Create a modified mail template for those who should be able to “Send Copy To” using mail rules: Create a copy of the standard mail template. Modify the form “(RulesDlg) | Mailrule”. Edit the dialog list for the field “action”. Remove the choice “send copy to|B” . Change the template name. Apply this template to users who should not be able to forward mail. (Or change the template name of the non-modified version and apply that to people who ARE allowed to forward mail.)
And i fyou want to see who is currently forwarding mail, here is a link to a blog post, with downloadable code. I have been using this code myself, and vouch that it works to provide a report of user rules.
