Many posts on how to resolve the problem with new mail NOT arriving to Inbox, but has anybody found out why this is happening???I have to fix couple of mail files on a daily basis and this is really annoying and time consuming too.

Subject: Mail arrives to All Documents and not Inbox
Remove Inbox (from the design) and refresh design. This should work. Only new mails will appear.

Thanks for your response, however, as I said in the initial post I know of the solution.My question is what is causing this or HOW TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING?

Things that I know can cause this is mixed template files and corrupt index in mailfile.

I thought so too that it might be some mix up with the templates, as there are many left by my predecessor…Thanks for your response once again, and I will post my findings if any at the later stage.
