Mac Standard 8.5.2 doesn't work at all

Hi all

I couldn’t install 8.5.2 until I deleted all previous data (including “Lotus Notes Data” which is very bad).

Now it’s installed but doesn’t start … no error, it just disappears.

Installing 8.5.1 FP4 again.

Subject: Try deleting the Expeditor directory under Lotus Notes Data and reinstall/restart.

Hi,

had the same problem after the upgrade to 8.5.2 from 8.5.1FP4…

Did an uninstall and a fresh install. Worked fine and runs much more stable and also with better performance !!!

Thanks, Rainer, that did it for me. Uninstall using uninstall out of the 8.5.2 package. Takes 13 seconds. then Install out of the same package.

I had the same problem. It would start to load, and then just disappear completely.

I ran the uninstall that came with 8.5.2, reinstalled again, and all is working well (mostly). The uninstall didn’t affect any settings.

This installer has something wrong … had to uninstall and reinstall.
