I’ve got a client that is experience random crashes of the R6.01 Notes client. Most crashes occur when using email, eg. composing, replying etc. Switching between applications has also crashed the Notes client.
Some crashes just affect Notes, whilst others require a hard reboot.
We have re-installed numerous times, as well as increased the memory allocated to the application.
We have had a Mac expert in to look at the problem his finger is pointing at Notes.
Any suggestions?

I may have a similar case. We installed 6.02cf1 on 10 or so mac G3/G4’ running OS 9.2. A couple of them have random freezes. It appears to only take place when Notes client is open and usually when the are moving between programs or in Finder. Sometimes I can Alt-Tab and move to a different or force quit the finder using Command-Opt-Esc and continue to work for a while. Sometimes, though, the mouse freezes requiring a restart. I’ll watch and see if you get any suggestions. - Charles

Did someone find an answer. We are running R6.5 on OS 9.2.2 and we are seeing the same problem.
