LotusScript mail problem with Agent

Have a scheduled agent with a sub that is called and sends mail as the last thing it does before finishing.

When I run the agent in designer, it runs on my mail server and executes and sends the mail without issue.

When it runs on its own server I get this error.

02/02/2007 01:12:10 AM AMgr: Agent (‘Process new registration’ in ‘spa_da/registration.nsf’) printing: sendEmail error [Error #4000]: Notes error: The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.

The server has not problem sending mail… except the mail that is generated by this agent…

Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.

hi,can u tell me which sever add.is this :(‘spa_da/registration.nsf’).

If it is your test servers address then check in agent property-> 1st tab, scedule->where the agent runs.

and set your live servers name and add. there.

the server name is correct entered in the agent … “where to run” area…

That’s definitely not the problem. The code runs on one server in a different domain, but does not run on this one.

Am suspecting some kind of server setup problem. I found a FAQ on it, and went through all of the test, but still no luck.
