I have installed Lotus Traveler 8.5 on Lotus Domino 8.5 on Windows 2003. I cannot see the Lotus Traveler tab in the server document. I can see the Traveler twistie in the Messaging tab though. What cuold be the problem?

Did you make an upgrade from previous Domino version or was it a fresh installation ?I guess that the design of the NAB (server’s names.nsf) didn’t refresh after Traveler installation so the “Lotus Traveler” tab doesn’t exist.
Try to manually refresh the design.

In addition, you can open LotusTraveler.nsf direcly from Notes Client. That’s exactly the same as opening the twistie in Admin client.

That solved it. Actually i didnt realize that we were using our modified pubnames template in our test environment. After replacing with original template, i got the Lotus traveler tab. Now i will have to modify these new changes in our modified template. Thanks
