Lotus Notes Traveler Login Issue

Hi,

I have installed lotus traveler v8.5.1 on top of domino 8.5.1 (configured additional domino server). It is authenticating some of the users through web but with some of the users it is not with the error “Lotus Traveler authorisation failed, try again”

will anyone suggest if i need to check/configure something on traveler server or if i have missed some configuration?

Hi,

some mobile devices seem only to work if you use the user’s e-mail address as login name on the device.

Try using the e-mail address and see if this works.
