My lotus notes server Compaq has D: drive left with only 3 GB of space. It has 18.2 GB three Nos. of hot pluggable hard-disk configured on Raid 5 with Win NT OS.

I am planning to shift Lotus Notes to another spare similar PROLIANT ML350 with 72.8 GB X 3 Nos. with raid 5, 512 RAM. We intend to load OS Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition.
Out of 145 GB hard-disk space I plan to allocate C: with 20 GB and rest for D:\ Both the drives to have NTFS partition.
Currently lotus domino is running on R5 Ver. which I also wish to upgrade to Domino R 6.5.4 in the new server.
I would like to know incase you can give your valuable inputs if anything needs to be changed in terms of new Lotus domino server configuration and any precaution during upgrade of R5 to R 6.X
