I met a problem in which I hope somebody can help.
My client use ipass service to connect to the company office VPN using cisco vpn client 4.0. He can receive and send mail but cannot do lotus notes replication.
He is using lotus notes 6.5 and cisco vpn client 4.0.
Can somebody help. Thanks in advance.

I would start basic here… sending and receiving mail means he can connect to the server from his client.
Is the mail server a different server than what he is replicating with?
Is he working in mail on the server or on a local copy of his mail file?
Can he even ping the servers he is attempting to replicate with? If he can, you may want to try creating a connection document.
Another thing to consider would be firewall restrictions or restrictions with what can be accessed via VPN.
