i did an agent for my mail file. now i want to publish this agent for all users in our mail domain for them to use in thier mail files ?
Note that i have administrator access to admin software

To update the mailfiles of your users, you need to modify the mail-template and make sure that all users get this new template. Normally you have a daily design-task running on your server(s). This will take care of it.
Make sure, that the modifed template is available on the server and make sure that your new agent (and any other design element) is signed with the correct ID.
