Hello Sir/Madam,
I have downloaded and installed Lotus Notes8.5 trial version. I want to use a TAPI telephony service provider to make call from Notes Contacts. But when I right click a particular contact, it shows the “call” icon as disabled (When you right click on a contact in Outlook, you get a “call contact” menu and upon clicking that you get “Dialing Options” where you can select a TAPI line device and you can make a call). Could you please tell me how I can achieve this (Making a call upon clicking a contact using TAPI telephony service provider) in Lotus Notes Contacts.
