hi…we have an issue . When a user in a company sends an email to internal users using his lotus notes client and then any reciepient who recives that email says reply to all and then adds one external address say yahoo or hotmail and sends it. the reciver on yahoo recieves his mail in weird format. when he opens that he sees the addrss liek (tom_hanks/organization@organization.com) all the notes user address converts into this format with underscore and hierarchical name appears any solution for that…please respond

problem solved through global configuration document .all the users name now appear fine but 2 users name still appear as " johny_dep/organization@organizatin.com" person docs checked they are same as normal users where can i fix that problem…
