Running Notes 8.5.3 (not listed above)
When opening Lotus Notes client, two windows open. One is the proper Standard mode application, the other is a basic version that shows just a grey blank workspace and all the tabs across the top, the same as the Standard window.
This is intermittent and usually goes away if the user closes all their tabs, closes Notes and opens again.
This behaviour may be related to recent roll out of Sametime configuration for users. That is a common factor for those reporting the issue.
I can’t seem to find any discussion or mention of this issue anywhere. Can anyone say they have seen this issue and better yet, offer a solution?
