How i can come to know how much Lotus notes ID Licence in Use.

License tracking will get that information together if you’re looking for current usage. It’s not so helpful if you’re looking for historical data though. For that, you’re probably stuck writing something (maybe buying something?) that will dig through the logs and/or the User Details in your databases.
Always read the admin help before you make changes to your systems but…
On your Configuration Settings document for your server(s) Basics tab, there’s a field labeled “License Tracking”. For it to work, you need to enable it on all of the servers that you want to track your licensing for. Entries for your active users will start filling into the userlicenses.nsf database on your admin server.
Activity Trends is more detailed but should also get you a count of how many users you have out there.

You could always use the Mail Users View in the address book or use the cert log to verify.
