For a recent requirement, I changed the field type from Text to Rich Text field in a Table. The Hide When formula remains unchanged. However, the rich text field is hidden but the whole row is visible. I have read the forums for hide whens being changed for or not used for Rich Text Field types ideally. But the hide when works and hides the field… but its conflicting as the entire row is visible… I re-checked by changing the field type back to ‘text’ and the row is hidden. Please advice…

Trying to hide the contents of a rich text field is very difficult, as the contents override the field settings.
