Lotus Notes cannot complet the operation. Notes is running but not responding. Please close and restart Notes

Hi

I dowloaded the Lotus Notes Trial version named ‘‘IBM_NOTES_9.0.1_EVALUATION_WIN_FR’’

After successfull installation, I want to run it, but I got the following error message all the time : ‘‘Cannot complet the operation. Notes is running but not responding. Please close and restart Notes.’’

Subject: Try running nsd -kill

nsd -kill will kill Notes processes still running in memory. After NSD has run, check the data directory for bookmark.nsf and desktop8.ndk, and delete them. Then try starting the IBM Notes client. If this does not improve the situation, try repairing the installation.
