Lotus Notes Calendar Delegation Permissions

I have a user who has been added as a delegate for her manager’s calendar. She can view his calendar, but she can not edit/make changes. Would this be a problem on her manager’s end or hers? What settings do I need to check?

I am extremely unfamiliar with Notes, as most of our users have Outlook.

Subject: Default Level

The default delegation level is set to Read only - the problem will be on the manager’s end - where the delegation occurs - just increase the access level to Read/create
