We are preparing to upgrade our Lotus Notes server to version 8.5.1. However, our Blackberry Enterprise server is at version 4.1.5. So we are behind a bit on Blackberry upgrades. We do sync up the mail and contacts between the 2 servers. Does anyone know of any issues with Blackberry 4.1.5 and Lotus Notes 8.5.1?

I don’t know about specific issues, but it doesn’t appear to be an officially supported configuration as far as RIM is concerned. According to the doc below, the BES needs to be at version 4.1.7.
I suppose that 4.1.5 may work with 8.5.1, but you may have difficulties getting support from RIM if you have problems.
