I’m looking for a board with the compatibility between OS and lotus notes version.
Do you know where I can find this or simply, is LN 7.0.3 compatible with Windows 7 ?

Windows 7 is not a supported OS for Notes 7, no. It may run on some setups, but you should expect errors if you’re deploying to multiple users. The fact that it runs on some Windows 7 machines doesn’t mean it should run on all of them – Notes 7.x went end-of-life before Win7 was released. If you want to use Win7 and need a reliable Notes client infrastructure, you’ll need to step up to the current client version.
