Hi
I’m having a problem with a User. After introducing the password in Lotus these user takes at least 20 minutes to see her profile ( data bases), and in the botom lines cames written "Requesting Address of sametime form [server ip] on LAN0.
I reinstalled LN but the problem pressists. I ask her to delete a few email and try on onother PC and she has the same problem.
Whow can i Solve These Problem ?

In the location document of the personnal adress book, on the Ports tab, deselect LAN0.
Keep only the TCPIP checkbox.
Also , in the preferences (File \preferences\User preference, ), in the Port TAB, keep only the TCPIP .
Close Notes and reopen it,

Check tcp/IP setting in lotus notes… if this fail to resolve the issue delete the entries after DST = 0 field and rename desktop,cache fils and restart notes.
Configure the notes with new wizard window.
