When I send an email made in Lotusmail with a backgroundcolor or backgroundimage and I receive and open this email in outlook or another not-Lotus emailapplication, the backgroundcolor/image is not available.Does anybody know the reason why ?
Thanks in advance,
Jan-Willem
Subject: $PaperColor
Notes includes the field $PaperColor whose numeric value represents the memo background color. Either this field value is not transmitted to the external mail system or the other mail system client doesn’t understand it.
Subject: RE: $PaperColor
Dear Lawrence
Thank you for quick responding,
There was no field $PaperColor on the Memoform indeed.
I added the numberfield $PaperColor and Notes putted a number in it when I use a backgroundcolor in the email.
Unfortunately it is not the solution for my problem.
I discovered in the properties of the memoform several (6) Body-fields, some plain/text without a Head or body tag and one of them with the compleet html-code that is needed.
So I think the problem is maybe a configurationsetting on our server.
I tryed to change some logical mailsettings but nothing worked so far.
Maybe you know something about these settings or anybody else reading this.
Thanks
Jan-Willem
