I have a sametime server setup for use within our IS department. Users just use the integrated Instant Messenger function from the notes client. I have one user who is new, she has an issue with her visible groups. All users have an IS department group added so they can see who is online, but with this user, when she logs into IM if she opens her contacts list the group just hangs on loading - where it will stay until a user from the group signs in, then she can only see that user. If she removes and readds the group she can see all members fine. I have had another new user since this one who is working fine, and nothing has changed on the server. Any advise would be gratefully received.
