Hi,
I hope this is easy. Our site has just been converted to Notes 6.5.4 email. When we send an email to our sister company who is on exchange all the text in the body of the email is very small (superscript) on the exchange side.
We can remedy this by changing User preferences/ Mail/ Internet/ Internet mail to ‘Plain text’ in the notes client.
The problem is when we restart the notes client the setting changes back to ‘HTML and Plain Text’.
Where is this being changed back on the user machines??
Any help would be appreciated
