Unable to open the mail file on the web for some users getting several error message.1.Page cannot be displayed on internet explorer.
On Mozilla
2.Special database object cannot be located.
3.Http Status Code: 404
Reason: File not found or unable to read file
Also its working fine for most of the mail files.
Can I have any suggestions from anybody.

OK first thing…
As there are other users about to view their mail via the net. This means that normal checked like HTTP task etc can be ignored.
Now you have to look at the URL path that is trying to be found http:////. If this is correct then make sure that the server is able to open the DB. If you are using if you are using a reverse proxy or a WEBMAIL Redirect make sure that this is set correctly for the user. If you are using webmail redirect try and open the file using the URL
See how that goes…

Hi Nathan,Having setup notes redirect database and showing complete url and open the mail files properly.
But for some users it is not able to open the same and giving this error message.
Kindly suggest any way to sort out.
