Hi alll… I have a peculiar setup and requirement at my work place…please have patience and go through my problem and please provide me with a solution as it has become a life n death task for me.
I have LotusDomino installed on AS400 server with 1 parent and 1 child nodes configured on the same server and bounded to different IP addresses. Now am trying to synchronize the users between existing lotus domino server and newly installed windows 2003 R2 std server.
I have installed and configured ADSync tool on windows accordingly after configuring the AD with the set common password option. Now i am able to create and sync NEWLY created users between both the databases.
But i have an existing databse of neary 700 users in domino, and after a maximum R&D i found that it is not possible to push those users in to AD.So, I created a user in AD manually with the same creadentials and properties of an existing user in domino. And i am able to sync in between the user names and passwords of that user.
Now the problem is
1).when ever i sync the user in AD, the user name in Domino is automatically getting changed and further its not getting logged in to the domino web client.
2)Passwords changing in Domino arent getting sync with AD.
